Stephanie Davis opens up about Jeremy McConnell and their tumultuous relationship on This Morning

Phillip and Holly haven't exactly been big fans of Steph and Jez in the past

Okay, let’s to think for a minute.. What’s been happening in the life of Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell recently.

Let’s recap.

So the new year kicked off with the former Hollyoaks star single and about to give birth to Caben Albi, the baby that Jeremy McConnell had denied was his throughout her pregnancy.

Then after Caben was born, Jeremy suddenly crawled out of the woodwork to tell Stephanie he was sorry about had happened during their relationship and finally acknowledged that Caben was his.

Then before you can “OK! magazine deal”, they were off again after Stephanie posted a picture of her bruised legs online and an alleged assault charge was made against Jez.

Then in a shock twist the pair of them were posting happy family pictures on Instagram before Jez revealed he was going to rehab.

Oh we just can’t keep up with all the to-ings and fro-ings.

So for those of you who want to know what is really going on in the soap opera lives of these two, you need to watch This Morning on Monday.

In her first TV interview since Stephanie had her baby, she is expected to talk about what has really been going gone in her life.

Is she really getting married? Does she really see a future with Jez after all he’s put her through?

And we reckon she’s going to be given a good roasting by the show hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.

As you know, they are not exactly fans of the couple. During the height of their social media frenzy, Phillip pleaded with them to stop and go and away.

And when Jeremy was a guest the show in February, Phillip criticised a contract Stephanie’s people had drawn up for Jeremy.

There is so much stuff yo ask, we’re expecting some VERY tough talk!

In a recent instragram post Steph says that their relationship problems can be blamed on both of them.

“No matter what people say, no matter what people feel… we have been though the most major ups and downs.

“He’s been wrong, I’ve been wrong.. but I LOVE him. I met him un expectedly on CBB, but what you seen was TRUE LOVE!!

“When you go though that, with money and media, anyone in the industry would understand… ours was just played out in front of the nation.

“He is my soul mate and I love him, you never give up on the one you love do you….

“Jezz got a little lost, but who hasn’t [screwed] up in life?? I know I have….

“He’s my rock my soul mate and I love him with ALL my heart!!

“Do you think we would put each other through this for fun?????? No… it’s because we match.

“And forever I will always love him.

“I will stand by him always and love him unconditionally, he may seem a nightmare but [he’s] my nightmare. My best friend, my everything.

“Words couldn’t describe the love I have for him! I love u baby and so proud of you. U will make Caben proud and can’t wait for us to be a family again. I LOVE you!!!! Your baby, stephanie

Meanwhile, Jeremy last month said in a social media post that he was planning to get his life in order and is now in rehab.

“I know a lot people are sick of reading stories in the press about me and my life and have a huge dislike for me.. for the record nobody dislikes me more than me,” he wrote.

“I’m not perfect and I acted in a way that has been irresponsible a lot of which i feel was self reflection.

“I’ve let family, friends, management down, i just hope i can wipe the slate and come back with a second chance.

“Sometimes in this world when you’re low and you don’t really feel you have anyone and the press and people’s opinion on you are not really who you are, it’s tough to try and survive.

He went to say: “I have learnt from my mistakes. I’ve decided to take appropriate action for myself.”

Will Jez is out of rehab, the couple are now planning a holiday so they can spend time together as a family unit.

But from what we remember from their previous much publicised holidays, it’ll be interesting to see if they return home a couple.
