Holly Willoughby freaked out on This Morning on Thursday morning after accidentally eating an insect.
Fearless Chef Kiran Jethwa was on the show, but Holly refused to eat any of the bugs that he was serving up.
However, then she was tricked into chewing on what she thought was a lump of chocolate, but in actual fact, was something entirely different.

Her co-host Phillip Schofield couldn’t get enough of the bugs though, and tried nearly every one!
While Holly decided to gulp on a margarita cocktail instead, she picked up the “chocolate”, to which Kiran said: “It’s not just chocolate… It’s actually a big bit of cockroach.”
At that point, Holly looked like she was about cry.
The 36-year-old turned to Phil and said: “Is he winding me up?”, before screaming and running off camera making loud retching noises.
Poor Holly!
Viewers found her reaction hilarious, with some urging Phil to go on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
