Of all the soaps we have to admit that Emmerdale seems to have the most handsome fellas around.
You have Adam (Adam Thomas), Ross (Michael Parr), Aaron (Danny Miller), David (Matthew Wolfenden), and even Cain (Jeff Hordley).

And now another foxy fella has walked into the Woolpack and sent viewers’ pulses racing.
Enter Matt, Carly’s Irish ex, who is also the father of her baby son Billy who died after he was born.
While Carly (Gemma Atkinson) was emotionally distraught to see her ex in the village (even though she was the one who had initially contacted him), viewers didn’t know what to do with themselves, describing scrummy actor Jack Hickey as “hot” and “well fit”.
“Can I be Carly,” one thirsty viewer dribbled, while another equally smitten kitten advised, “Carly…. do yourself a favour and dump that numpty Marlon. Matt is HOT!”
But in spite of the viewers at home willing the handsome to hunk to stick around, it was a different matter for Carly, who was worried that boyfriend Marlon may have walked in on them.
Even if he had, the former couple’s meeting wasn’t a pleasant one.
You see, it turns out that Matt isn’t just angry about being summoned to the village out of the blue he is also fizzing that Carly had run off with his son and only found out that he had died through a random he’d met.
“Why get in touch now after all this time? Because you didn’t bother when Billy died,” Matt spat at Carly. “I didn’t find out until after the funeral, I found out off a bloke in the pub.”
An upset Carly hit back: “None of this has been easy for me either, it’s taken me years to get my head around it. I was devastated when you left and it was so hard dealing with everything myself, the pregnancy, the birth.”
She then went on to explain how she discovered her son had died.
“I put him down for his nap and he didn’t wake up and there’s nothing anyone could have done to stop it,” she told him.
Of course, as it’s soap, who should come walking in but love-lorn Marlon who had been keen to pop the question to Carly!
Eek!
Cue a fight in which handsome Matt gave Marlon a smack and sent him hurtling to the ground.
