EastEnders: Mick Carter comes to blows with cocky newcomer Woody!

Ooh, this clash of the hunks is going to keep viewers hooked!

Oh how we have missed Danny Dyer on EastEnders.

It’s just not been the same around Albert Square since Mick Carter disappeared.

Of course, as we all know by now, Mick’s departure from our screens came after show producers forced actor Danny Dyer to take some much needed time off to “sort his life out”.

And as you’ll know from reading Entertainment Daily, the gruff-voiced actor jetted off to South Africa where he had a refreshing and relaxing time.

But in the next few weeks, Danny is set to finally return to our screens and the show’s bosses are making sure that his reappearance goes with a bang.

According to whispers, the mouthy geezer will have an almighty clash with Albert Square’s newest resident Woody Woodward, played by Blue star Lee Ryan.

As we reported earlier, he will play the Queen Vic’s new manager and is set to rub Mick up the wrong way upon his return.

“Danny is going to be straight back into the thick of it when his character returns to our screens – and his character Mick Carter immediately finds a new enemy,” a set snitch has revealed.

“Mick is left seriously riled when Walford’s new villain Woody rocks up on the square – and even lands a job alongside him in the Vic.

According to this loose-lipped show insider, there will be an ongoing beef between the two tough guys over the next few weeks before it well and truly kicks off and fists are flying all over the place.

“Mick and Woody end up having a huge punch-up in the Square – leaving all the residents stunned,” the show insider told The Sun.

“It’s a proper bust-up with the boys really going for it and rolling all over the place. It’s going to be one of the first scenes Danny and Lee film together.”

Oo-er, sounds kinky! Why the boys have it in for each other remains to be seen, but a TV snitch has hinted that it could have something to do with the fact that Woody has some kind of connection in the past with Mick’s wife Linda.
