EastEnders’ Jay Brown has been trying to move on with his life ever since he was put on the sex offenders’ register, but could that involve a new love interest?
Luckless Jay was arrested last year after he romanced a girl who he believed was called Linzi.
In fact, it turned out she was 14-year old schoolgirl Star and she’d lied to him about his age.
Jay was sent to court and ordered to have his name put on the register, and it’s pretty much shaped his life ever since.
He turned to drugs to cope at first – even supplying Roxy Mitchell with some cocaine before her death.
With the inquest into Ronnie and Roxy’s deaths due any day, the news is set to be bad for Jay – did he have something to do with Roxy’s supply the night she died?
Is he going to be ousted from the family once again for his mistake?
There are rumours though, that his love life is about to look up – in the shape of fellow sex offender Michelle Fowler.
EastEnders viewers were shocked when newly returned Michelle admitted she’d been having an affair with a 17-year-old boy back home in America.
After weeks in Albert Square clearly hiding some kind of secret, she finally blurted out the shocking story in the new year to best friend Sharon.

Fans of the soap have been speculating that the middle-aged teacher will embark on another inappropriate relationship with a student – this time MUCH closer to home – after she made noises about applying for work as a supply teacher.
Hmmm, exactly WHAT is she looking to supply…?
Some viewers suspect she will get together with troubled teenager, Shakil Kazemi, who has recently been humiliated by Louise Mitchell leaking naked pictures of him.
But next week, it’s Jay that Michelle shares a drink with after she gets stood up by an old friend she was meant to be meeting.
They’ve got quite a lot in common, could they end up bonding over their shared mistakes and it leads to more?
Michelle is also going to receive a mystery Valentine’s Day card – has Jay declared his feelings in the letter?
