Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood has revealed that he is not looking for another man as he is ready for a heterosexual relationship.

The outspoken former dancer split from partner Damon Scott in May.

They had been together for three years but Craig feels he wants a complete lifestyle change.

He even confessed that he doesn’t even consider himself gay.

While appearing on Loose Women, the acid-tongued judge revealed that he didn’t want to be compartmentalised anymore and was open to dating women, in the search for love.

Craig said: “I’m not going to put myself out of any sort of department!”

Never one to keep his thoughts to himself, Craig also took a veiled swipe at his ex, when speaking about what he is looking for with his next partner.

He revealed: “[I’d like someone] that doesn’t sell stories, kiss and tells and all that sort of stuff.

“There’s nothing you can do about it.

“There’s a side to everybody’s story and everyone’s broken relationship but I tend to not go and spout them all off.”

Moving on to the BBC dance competition, Craig spoke out about who he thinks could win the current series of Strictly.

After one dance on the show, Craig believes there are two celebs that have shown what it takes to win.

He said: “The front-runners are Louise Redknapp – taking one look at her I thought she was safe and confident.

“Danny Mac is spectacular, but has he blown it too early?

“The people get those results in week one generally plain out and remain the same.

“Had he had slipped over and broken his leg maybe he would have got a few more votes.”

There is one though, that Craig thinks will be the big surprise package.

He has called out former politician Ed Balls as the one to look out for and not just because he will be useless.

Craig said: “He [Ed] has the gift of the gab he is a politician, he is able to drum up the support of the public, I mean look at Ann Widdecombe, she couldn’t dance a step darling until week 11.

“I ended up in panto with her. I danced the Charleston with her 42 times, I was in traction for five months, it was a wonderful relationship.”
