Coronation Street: Viewers SHOCKED as Ken Barlow suffers a stroke

Will he survive after such a dramatic collapse

Coronation Street - Peter Makes Ken Collapse

CORONATION Street fans were shocked when one of the stalwarts of the ITV soap collapsed.

Ken Barlow has been on Corrie since the very beginning, so those watching struggled to handle the drama of seeing him suffer a stroke.

Could it be that Ken, played by William Roache, is set to be killed off?

It had been quite a night for the Barlows, as it had seen the return of Ken’s bad boy son Peter.

In typical fashion, Peter had tried to sneak in to the house in the middle of the night.

With his face cut and bruised, Ken decided he wanted to know what was going on and why was Peter back.

It was during their furious argument that Ken held his chest and collapsed in the hallway.

Viewers took to Twitter to post messages of shock and horror at what they had just watched.

Is this the end of Ken? Can viewers handle one of the most iconic characters on the street being laid at death’s door?

It is going to a difficult run-in to Christmas for Corrie fans by the look of it.
