We were genuinely sad when we heard that Love Island winners Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey had split up.

And so soon too, after they had welcomed OK! magazine into their new pad and revealed that they were planning children and felt that their relationship was headed in the direction of marriage.

Well, it didn’t last as the following week they had announced their split. Awww!

But as we know in the world of showbiz, every dark cloud has a silver lining and according to reports, Cara’s frown might be turned upside down if she plays her cards right.

Producers of TOWIE are supposedly tripping over themselves to sign her up as a full time cast members on the show.
