A former Britain’s Got Talent finalist will appear in court in September after being accused of downloading indecent images of children.
Leeroy Bailey appeared on the talent show back in 2007 where he performed with dance group Kombat Breakers. They lost out to singer Paul Potts.
On Monday, the 36-year-old, pleaded not guilty to six charges of making indecent images of children in Warwick Crown Court.

The charges are related to five movies and one still image that is said to be in category A, which is the most serious.
Two of the images relate to one movie, and four stills are in category B. The other charges are in category C, which are said to show children naked or in indecent poses.
Delroy Henry, who is defending the dancer, said: “There is no dispute about the images recovered from his computer.”
The judge reportedly asked whether the issue in the trial will be who had downloaded the pictures onto the computer, to which Mr Henry responded: “Precisely.”
In February, he was also charged with cruelty to a child after giving a boy “strong alcohol and beer”.
Warwick Crown Court was told that he had invited the boy over to watch a film or play video games.
The boy had to be taken to hospital in an ambulance after paramedics found him in his boxer shorts being sick in the toilet. The young teenage then had to stay in hospital for three nights to fully recover.
Bailey, a former model and dance teacher, was the manager and choreographer of his dance group.

After the talent show, he played Aladdin in panto for a short while.
He then found success on another TV show in 2010, called Move Like Michael Jackson, but lost out in the final.
