Stacey Solomon and Martine McCutcheon face uncertain future on Loose Women

Two panellists have revealed they haven't yet signed a new contract

The Loose Women panel could be set for a massive shake-up.

Two of the Loose ladies have not yet signed a new contract and therefore could face being axed.

Singer Stacey Solomon and actress and singer Martine McCutcheon have both revealed their contracts end this month, and it’s uncertain whether they will be kept on the ITV lunchtime show.

Former X Factor star Stacey has admitted she “doesn’t know” whether she will still remain on the panel.

The 27-year-old is definitely a popular member of the Loose Women team after landing the role in September 2016.

The singer told the Daily Star: “I don’t know what’s happening.

“We get six monthly contracts and mine is up in July, so I’ll have to wait and see.”

And the devoted mum-of-two isn’t the only panellist who could lose her place.

Former soap star Martine has revealed her contract with the show ends in July.

The star said: “I have a contract for a year and that started last July. Hopefully, I’ll stay on it.”

Stacey and Martine discuss hot topic debates alongside fellow panellists including Coleen Nolan, Ruth Langsford, Janet Street Porter, Linda Robson, Nadia Sawalha and Katie Price.

But will they keep their position on the panel?

Both stars have been very open about their personal lives during their time on the show.

Stacey, who is currently dating actor Joe Swash, has opened up about her past relationships during an episode on the talk show.

The star emotionally spoke about being abused by a former partner and the experience ended up making her “forget” who she was.

She told her fellow panellists: “I was in an abusive relationship and it makes you forget who you are.

“I’ll always be a weird version of myself. I used to be less worried about everything. Less worried about what people thought about me… I was OK, quite confident, like a teenager.

“You do begrudge that person for taking that away from you.”

She added: “When people are happy to wish you dead or tell you your career is nothing or you are nothing… It might be lots of small things.

“You don’t even know it’s happening to yourself until you realise.”

Meanwhile Martine, 41, has also opened up about her personal struggles.

The mum-of-one opened up to her fellow panellists about suffering multiple miscarriages.

Speaking about her son Rafferty, the star told the panel: “I was in my late 30s when I had Rafferty and I tried for a long time to have him.

“I know that even as me at 40, I wish I could have had him earlier, because I know that whatever year I go, I know I’ll be cheated out of him.

“When you have wanted a child for a while and it’s so precious to you, I look at it from a very human emotional point of view of no one is ever going to be your mum again.”
