Good God, of course not.

No, it looks like the show maybe moved from the jungle to a tropical island.

Well, that’s what the Australian government are hoping for.

They have approached the show’s producers to think about shooting the series on Kangaroo Island when the current ITV contract with Springbrook National Park in New South Wales runs out in 2020.

The Aussie government hope that by I’m A Celeb switching locations could help boost tourism in South Australia.

The fantasy island boasts luxurious beaches, wild animals and critters that have never been seen on the show before.

“With a third of the island covered by national parks, Kangeroo Island is teeming with creatures not found anywhere else, most of which we’re more than happy for people to eat on TV,” Aussie tourism agent Bill Muirhead has written in a letter to ITV exec Kevin Lygo.

“Looking forward to 2020, could it be time for a change? I ask you to consider Kangaroo Island, a place pulsating with all the wonder and weirdness Australia has to offer, an island with a name that seems straight out of a story of buccaneers and bushrangers.”

And then in a moved to impress bosses with his knowledge of British culture (or an attempt to become the show’s newest celebrity booker), he teased: “Just think what you could do with the assorted members of TOWIE, Made in Chelsea, the ginger one from Girls Aloud and anyone else you Poms want to see the back of.”

Forget TOWIE and Made In Chelsea, but spot on, Bill, regarding Nicola Roberts!  She’d be ace!

Among the animals found on the 40×90 island are penguins and seals and – as the name would suggest – kangaroos.
