Goodness, the bosses at Loose Women are tough.
If working hard on the panel during the week wasn’t enough to keep our favourite ladies busy, when they’re off on their hols they are busy creating viral campaigns.
A couple of weeks ago we saw Nadia Sawalha challenge Kaye Adams to a trampoline challenge to see who would pee themselves first and now Stacey Solomon has given fans a guide to the bits of her body she thinks are not perfect but that she is proud of.

In an Instgram clip she titled SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE ON HOLIDAY WORRYING ABOUT HOW THEY LOOK, Stacey showed off various ‘imperfect’ parts of her body.
“I thought I’d make a little holiday video celebrating my society labelled “imperfections” because actually I love them, they’re part of me and they have their uses,” she began.
“I think if we can all show off our insecurities then we will all start realising NOBODY escapes the world of perfection that we are all under pressure to keep up with and everyone can sleep a little easier at night knowing everyone comes in different shapes and sizes.”
Stacey can be seen wearing a skimpy white bikini as she announces she is going to show us the “three things I love about my bikini body”.
First up is her “muffin top”, the soft bits covering her hips.
Lying on the ground, she says: “Not only are they insulating but who else can lie this comfortably on a stone floor without the help of these babies?”
Next up are her “saggy boobs”, which she jiggles hilariously for the camera, before cutting to a shot of her holding a lolly under one breast and her sunglasses under the other.
“They may not be what looks the best but I tell you now, I don’t need a bag for anything on holiday!” she said, adding “Ice lolly anyone? Glasses?”
Her third favourite body ‘imperfection’ are her stretch marks.
First she shows them to us in close up and then we cut to see some children drawing all over her.
“Stretch marks provide hours of entertainment for the children,” she laughs. “Just look at them, never been happier!”
Meanwhile, eagle-eyed viewers with access to American TV have noticed a life-imitating-art similarity between Loose Women’s recent body campaign and a new brilliant comedy drama in the US.

In the first episode, which was aired back in January long before Loose Women’s body confidence campaign, she and her fellow panellists unveil their bikini bodies to show how much they love their bodies.
Of course as they’re American their bods are flawless.
The show, which was conceived by Star Jones, a one time panellist on The View (The US version of Loose Women), has been a hit and reveals all about what goes on behind the scenes on a TV show.
